Sky Ranch

This week while Bubba was at church camp  I went to Sky Ranch.  Sky Ranch is a christian camp.  I had a BLAST there!   Some of my favorite things were the water slides, the banana boat, the zip line, and the party pool.   The splatter zone was also fun.   That was the paintball zone where we shot the counselors.   Other fun things were the CrAzY pool, canoeing, sailing, and the Skywaii (it's where you climb up to a big wooden deck and you can jump off into the lake.)   There's also big Wet Willy, which is a slide that goes into the lake.  I forgot about the jumping pillow.   That was fun!   We also went to the activity, where we played games like ping-pong and pool and other fun games, and we also made crafts there.

The food at Sky Ranch was yummy!   We ate things like chicken tenders, tater tots, chicken nuggets and a roll, a hotdog, a chicken sandwich, and something like a ham and cheese sandwich.    It was all good!

Here is a link to the video for my week of Sky Ranch.    The video that I'm in is the one on top (for Day Camp):    http://skyranch.org/videosession09      You should find me two times!

Watch Me Ride!

This isn't really new, but I haven't posted about it yet.   This summer, while we have been living at Thousand Trails, I learned how to ride a bike.    I've tried and tried to learn, but for some reason, this year I can do it!  Maybe it's because you're supposed to start when you are 8!    Or maybe it's because I have all of that space on the roads to go.   Now I ride all over the campground by myself!

Mom took this video of me leaving her in the dust.    She took it on the second day I learned how to ride.   By now, I can really leave her in the dust!    In fact, she doesn't even be in sight when I'm riding.   Maybe it's because she's slow as a turtle!

Home Away From Home

This summer we are living at the lake.  We are staying in a RV.  We go swimming,  watch tv,  play putt-put,  ride our bikes and our scooters,  go fishing, and play basketball.  I like it here because there isn`t much cars here and it`s much more peaceful.  Sometimes we play uno, skip-bo, or other kinds of games.  I love it here!

Can anyone please tell a boy how to get some water in this bowl?

District Champs!

Last week we had a softball tournament to see who gets to go to the state tournament.  My team won!

On Monday July 4th, we played against the Canton SWAT.    They were beating us 10-0, but we came back and won 12-10.   We were proud!

On Tuesday night, we played the Edgewood Diamond Dawgs.  I believe they scored 7 runs in the first inning.  It was a close one but we won 19-18.

Wednesday night was a little easier.  We played the Lindale Kool Kats.  We beat them 22-6.   We had two outs when I got up to bat, but I scored the run that ended the game.

Thursday was the CHAMPIONSHIP and we played the Grand Saline Salty Girls.    It was another close fun game.  It was tied a lot of the game.   When we got up to bat in the last inning, it was tied 13-13.   I get confused about who was on base, but when Emily W. got up to bat, she blasted it!     We won the championship 14-13!!!

Here Fishy, Fishy!

I finally caught a fish!   Tonight we went to Bro. Perry and Mrs. Debbie's house to fish again.  This time we had better luck!   Mommy caught a catfish and a bass.   I caught a 4 lb. bass.  :)    I was kinda scared to touch it because his teeth were sharp and he was big and slimy!   It kinda freaked me out!    I'm glad Mr. Perry held it for me so I could take a picture with it.     He told me that for your first bass you're supposed to kiss it.    No.Thank.You!!!   No way!!!

I couldn't really pull it in, so I just celebrated!

My Brother's 13th Birthday

Yesterday was my brother's birthday and he turned 13. We had a family birthday party last night. He got a dirt bike and lots of money and gift cards.

I love my bubba. We like to watch TV, play on the trampoline, play video games, and just make up fun things to do. At the lake this summer we are riding our bikes and swimming almost every day. We also share a bed here, which is not fun! He takes the cover, but he says I take it.

We are going to eat breakfast at the cafe today so I will be back again sometime.

Happy Birthday, Bubba!
